In a medical emergency when the patient is unconscious, you automatically assume incorrectly assume that you have every legal right to do whatever is necessary to keep that person alive and if that means he has to put his hands on her to do it then so be it there should be no argument over that that lady wouldn’t be alive today if he didn’t step in and do what he is one. Congratulations to his vindication. I would have tossed this case out of my courtroom or sided in favor of him. The Good Samaritan Law protects a citizen offering emergency first aid from these types of frivolous lawsuits. I would have likely been sanctioned for offering my opinions and stated”you’re probably just angry that no man will touch you while ur conscious”
