@_carlesmeralda: Pag-aangkin ng Kalikasan | A Documentary After Typhoon Uwan in Banaue Ifugao This is a short documentary I made during my visit in the mountains of Banaue Ifugao. I originally planned to document my personal experience immersing myself in the indigenous culture, but there was a real issue that felt more important to tell, my own way of contributing to the society. The story is led by Mamerto ‘Lagitan’ Tindogan, a farmer and a Mumbaki (a spiritual leader who performs rituals called ‘Baki’), commited to his calling in helping his community in the aftermath of Typhoon Uwan.
