@artem_pankovich: DSG7 DQ200 Clutch Replacement. • In this video, the clutch replacement process for the DSG7 DQ200 gearbox (designation 0AM) is shown. At the time of recording, the gearbox has already been removed, since the clutch in this transmission is installed inside the gearbox housing. • The DSG7 DQ200 is a preselective dual-clutch transmission, where correct operation strongly depends on precise adjustment. To replace the clutch properly, special tools are required, as well as knowledge of tolerances and specified technical dimensions used for clutch setup. • The video demonstrates a short but clear overview of the replacement process using dedicated special tools. All key steps of the clutch replacement procedure are shown visually. • In this case, the following components are replaced: • the clutch basket + two clutch discs K1 and K2; • two release bearings; • clutch operating forks. • Correct installation and adjustment of these components are critical for proper DSG7 gearbox operation. • #supermechanik #artempankovich #lernenmittiktok #goldenhandsmechanic #Autos
