Since the deputy scalated and used the teaser without probable cause over a speeding ticket, the use of a teaser should be considered as an assault against a men who's life was stolen. Not only this deputy should be charged with a crime for fabricating motives for neutralization, but also the people who got him in jail for a crime he didn't commit should serve time in jail as well because false acusaciones are a crime plus also the judge who wrongfully condemned an innocent person should be incarcerated. The fact that false accusations and wrongful convictions affect your records permanently makes it even more unjustified because the deputy acted against this men as if he was as still guilty exconvicted. When the executive personnel ignore how to properly read the none guilty box, they can escalate as if he was truly guilty of the crimes he was wrongfully convicted.
Lots of people should be going to jail for allowing the wrongful records to continue to affect this men's integrity, image and reputation.
Wrongful conviction records should be deleted once the judge determines a person innocent.

Watch the entire video. He was driving recklessly going over 100 miles an hour. He could have killed someone. Then the police officer was being attacked and choked. He tried using his baton before his gun.
