Yes obviously tell us about the system. I’m just getting to the point where I accept that going back and forth between a few different systems is probably what I need

My self-care system is in the mornings I meditate, eat protein, take my ADHD meds, do some cardio or walk in nature and then do yoga before starting my day. I can do this for two months and then I skip a day and can forget for the next 3 to 4 weeks, but because I have a system and everything’s written on a huge calendar I do go back to it. I used to beat myself up bc I couldn’t stay consistent but I now realize I have ADHD and will always forget. Fortunately I have a great system so I can come back to it. Thank you for your content.

ADHD needs seasons, consistent rolling predictably/structure with wiggle room. Routines and habits become so much more sustainable, effective, and enjoyable when we allow them to be cyclical.

Yep, this is how our brain works. I call it inconsistent consistency.
