Hi, I also have cervical dystonia which was quite severe for years. I did Dr. J Farias Dystonia Recovery Program it’s available online. It helped me stabilize my dystonia. I also take cyclobenzaprine for the spasms and now my head doesn’t wobble and I am doing so much better. I just wanted to share this with you because it is so life altering to have Dystonia, you can watch some of his YouTube videos online. He does see in person appointments, but he’s in Toronto Ontario. I didn’t go in person. I just did the online program for a few years. Mine was caused by a neck and brain injury. so I just wanted to share a piece of hope with you because I’ve been in your shoes❤️

I have neck dystonia & used to have 10 needles of botox in the muscle to paralyze it but my throat would close & couldn't eat. I put up with it these days. Unless you have it you wouldn't understand it. I can't have photos taken. This is a hard watch, hope you find relief
