Baked Mac and Cheese (for those who have asked) 😉 **Recipe** 1 lb elbow macaroni 2 cans evaporated milk 1/4 cup sour cream 1 tsp mustard (or 1/2 tsp of mustard powder) 1/2 stick of butter 1 to 2 eggs Sharp cheddar cheese Sharp white cheddar Smoked gouda Colby Jack Nature's seasoning Black pepper Smoked paprika Shred cheeses (I did cube about 1/4 of the Colby jack as well as the 1/4 of the Sharp cheddar). Boil macaroni according to box instructions. Add some chicken bullion (optional). Whisk together eggs and 1 can of evaporated milk. Add macaroni to a bowl along with butter and stir. Add sour cream and mustard, stir. Add salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Taste to make sure it's seasoned to your liking before adding custard mix. Add in about 2 cups of the shredded cheese, along with the cubes. Add the can of evaporated milk, along with the custard. Stir everything together and add half the macaroni to a baking dish. Add a layer of the cheese mixture and then add the other half of the macaroni. Top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle a little smoked paprika on top. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 mins. You can also broil for a couple mins if you want the top browned more. Allow to cool for about 10 to 15 minutes before serving. #bakedmacandcheese #southernmacncheese #macaroniandcheese
