if you live in a humid region you can also keep the clump prone ones in the fridge, dries them out

I usually dump the spices into my hand, it fixes the "I'm not dirtying another dish" problem and still saves the spices too 😂

Or you live in a humid climate and things clump. I know for sugar you put a saltine in with it and it’ll stop the clumping bet it works with clumping seasonings too

So I do it the lazy way and poor the seasoning in the lid first then wait for the lid to dry. No extra dish but I will have lids everywhere 😅
