one time i counted my drawer before shift and it was $60 over!! i turned it in and my managers laughed because the safe was short and they had been stressed!! i’m glad it got sorted out

Low key.. that’s a smart thing. I panick when mine was over, I be running to my manager or owner. I didn’t want to hose anyone. The day I was short $5 I wanted to be sick and asap gave it out of my tips. Come to find out it was another server constantly getting in peoples drawer. Once we stopped letting her “ring in” randomly if was was busy, the money missing stopped
