Have your md send your script to an online pharmacy like RXoutreach depending on your state they ship your meds to you via FedEx which you just sign for ! Hope this helps

XR contains IR (the only difference is the capsule design delays release for some of the contents). break open the outer capsule, split up the contents in two (or three depending on how you normally dose IR). You would need to chew the beads that are inside before swallowing in order to release the IR contents since the purpose of the bead shell is to delay release.
