Aisha ra was between 18-21 yrs old. Here is a hadith which no islam haters quote. "AISHA narrated : I had seen my parents following Islam since I attained the age of PUBERTY. Not a day passed but the Prophet visited us, both in the mornings and evenings.” (Sahih al-Bukhari volume 1, Book 8, Hadith 465). so she was way past puberty and not married. This hadith is directly from her. The other hadiths are not from her directly. It is amazimg how islam opponents always attack aisha ra without even basic research and u see comments like justice for aisha. well justice for rebecca, but both statements would be wrong since both aisha ra and rebecca were grown women according to their time. neither rebecca was 3 yrs old nor aisha ra was not 9 yrs old. back then they counted age of girls from the time she reached puberty, which even to this day is between 10-14 yrs old. so say she reached pubert at 12 yrs old, then a 13 yr old would be counted as 1 yr old past her puberty, a 14-year-old would be counted as 2 yrs old past her puberty age, etc so rebecca was 3 yrs old past her puberty age, which would make her between 13-15 yrs old. aisha ra was 9 yrs old past her age of puberty which would make her between 18-21 yrs old. this is also in accordance to Quran which requires that she must be of age puberty, must of sound mind to give consent and her consent must be freely given. aisha ra was also engaged to another man, which she broke it off before marrying the prophet. this shows she had reacjed puberty, and of sound mind of her own choice to make decisions about her life. in addition to other historical sources such as her sisters age comparison, she went to battles, setup medical tents. brought medical supplies, brought large flasks of water etc which a 9 yr old child could not do, these historical facts also confirmed her age would be between 18-21 yrs old. even untill the last few decades people of all cultures counted age of girls from the time she reached puberty, this is why her age was never an issue even amongst most staunch islam haters, and only become an issue recently. so now you understand that neither rebecca nor aisha ra needs justice, they were grown wom

Aisha was not 6/9 years old. There are plenty of documented proofs that show her to be between 18-21 at the time of her marriage to the Prophet. Proof 1 : Aisha had a sister Asma who was 10 years older than her. According to Abdur Rahman Ibn Abi Zannad: “Asma was ten years older than Ayesha.” [Siyar A’lam an-Nubala of al-Dhahabi (2/289)] According to Ibn Kathir: ‘Asma was ten years elder to her sister Aisha [Al-Bidayah wan Nihayah (8/371)] Now let us look at age of Asma when she passed away: According to Ibn Hajr Al-Asqalani: Asma lived for 100 years and she died in 73 or 74 AH (Taqrib ut Tahdhib) So Asma was 28 when she migrated to Medina. That means Aisha was 18 when she migrated to Medina. And she shifted to the Prophet’s house within a year of two after the Hijrah (migration). That proves that Aisha was between 19–21 when she consummated her marriage with the Prophet. Proof 2: When Khadijah who was the Prophet’s first wife, passed away, a woman named Khawlah came to the Prophet and suggested that he should get married. At the time the Prophet had young daughters around the age of 6–9 years. Now Khawlah suggested that the Prophet should get a second wife in order that his second wife would take care of his young daughters. When he asked her who he had in mind. She suggested Sauda and Aisha. Now does it make any sense to get a 6 year old child bride to “take care of children”? One would have to be very simple-minded to think that Khawla would ask the Prophet to marry a 6 year old child to take care of other 6–9 year olds. Proof 3: Aisha’s father Abu Bakr thought of migrating to Abyssinia eight-nine years before the migration to Medina took place in 622 CE. In a report he goes to Mu’tam bin Adi’s house. At that time Aisha is engaged to Mut’am’s son Jubayr bin Mut’am to talk about the future of this engagement. Remember this is 8–9 years before Hijrah to Medina. So if we take the hadith of Aisha being 9 years of age in Medina when she moved in with the Prophe, then she wasn’t even born when she was engaged to Jubayr bin Muta’am?
