Not quite this but similarly, I have forgotten Assassin's Trophy can't target your own creatures three whole times now (and realized mid cast) and it's gotten progressively more embarrassing 💀

I used a fight spell for months thinking it was an instant before my pod realized it was a sorcery. turns out, there was an instant version that was also straight up better
