Hi! Do you have gel or acrylic nails? I don’t want to be one more person suggesting, but I had a terrible rash/itchy skin issue and after getting my nails off it cleared up. My doctor couldn’t figure it out and when I brought that up he said it could be an allergic reaction to the gel

i have the same itching and hives if not similar, realized it was because i am allergic to gluten. i found out because i went gluten free on and off for three years, and a pattern started to show when i would have a little “cheat day” and eat gluten, i would get very itchy skin. and where i would even slightly itch it would raise and turn red. maybe do an allergy test.
