Question - What’s going to happen in say 30-40 years when the boomers are all dead and the kids who inherit aren’t having kids due to cost of living etc.. surely there will be a correction as some point.

the worst thing today in Australia is buying a home in this country why because for 1 home in Australia you could own 4 homes offshore and in 5 years you can earn passive income on 2 out of a within 5 years so stop listening to these peanuts I do it today as an Australian

This is why we did whatever we did to get a home regardless of loan structure we just did it. I’d rather have the risk and potential growth over renting
