Once I had so much control over sleep paralysis that I knew what was happening, and I smiled, haha. yea It sounds cringeworthy, but it's true. Right now, it's not difficult at all; it's like opening your eyes when you're sleepy. The more you try, the harder it gets, but you just have to let go.
