It’s not the best tasting but it’s not absolutely disgusting either. I did gag the first day I took the multivitamin and the hair growth max. But after that I got used to it and chug it with no issues at all now. I will say the hair growth max is wayyyyyy too sweet. I feel like I’m eating syrup😂

Yes most liquid vitamins taste bad. 🤷🏾♀️what’s worse is what happens to your organs when you are deficit in certain things. It’s worth it to me.

Yes, it is horrible. I mixed it in orange juice. They all taste bad. I do feel that it works but not at the speed people are claiming. I saw the changes in my fingers nails within 2 weeks, but it took about 3-5 months to see changes in my hair but I feel you have to take it consistently and that can become costly.

Their berry hair growth one actually tastes good! I haven’t tried the other ones but I bought the hair supplement with my own money and I do genuinely prefer it. I’m not out here drinking it out of the bottle but it’s good enough that it doesn’t deter me from actually taking the vitamin every day lol
