The best thing to come out of breaking my wrist was the special one on one time I got with my Mama again. she washed my hair like when I was a little girl, showed the love, compassion and patience I needed and the conversations. she let me know it was ok and id be back to being independent in no time but little did she know I didn't care that my wrist was broken all I cared about in that moment was us together. thank you for sharing this with us Abby! you are truly an amazing mom 🙏

Ok now I’m crying. My oldest 3 are 22.5, 19.5 & 17. My “baby” is 9.5.. soaking in these last couple years still get to do her hair.🥹
