Di Threads, dokter Sakila cerita kasus ini bermula beberapa bulan lalu. Saat itu, pasien ingin melakukan perawatan gigi, dia ke puskesmas. Di sana, dia jalani perawatan, tapi tak lanjutkan perawatannya karena kendala jadwal. Pasien itu lalu putuskan beli tambal gigi online dan nambal sendiri. Tapi, beberapa bulan kemudian, gigi pasien itu sakit dan bengkak besar. Pasien itu sempat coba lepas tambalan tapi gak berhasil karena teksturnya padat dan lengket. Pasien itu pun datangi 2 dokter gigi, tapi ditolak karena keterbatasan alat dan bahan. Akhirnya, pasien itu datang ke dokter Sakila.
