Regarding the vanilla, the following is the cheapest organic vanilla in spray form I ever found. It is made with essential oils, and it is sold as air freshener but I use it in my hair. It literally makes you smell like a doll.

I agree completely.We both started a HRT around the same time & I can vouch. I have similar experiences as you, I started on May 1 of 2025 & I’m about to hit eighth months so I’m really happy hearing this from another person that is going to the same thing.

I definitely noticed the hips / backside getting bigger around the 8 month mark. I’ve gone from a 86cm hip size to 104.5cm 😳 thankfully my waist has stayed the same size
