Ingredients: 1.5 kg beef or lamb, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons butter, 5 cloves garlic, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons mustard, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, rosemary, thyme. Side dishes: potatoes, carrots, onions, corn, bell peppers, fresh herbs, barbecue sauce. Preparation: Wash and dry the meat. Mix olive oil, butter, garlic, honey, mustard, lemon juice and spices to make the marinade. Rub the seasoning all over the meat and refrigerate for several hours. Place the meat in a roasting pan with vegetables and herbs. Roast at 180°C until tender and golden brown, brushing with its own juices during cooking. Rest the meat before slicing. Finish with fresh herbs and olive oil. Serve with roasted vegetables, homemade sauce and rustic countryside sides.
