@theopalcowgirl: Broccoli & Cheese Casserole 🤍 (Crockpot or Oven) 1 box chicken flavored Rice A Roni 2 tbsp butter 2 1/2 cups chicken broth or water 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 small jar Cheese Whiz 1 1/2 bags broccoli florets Prepare Rice A Roni as directed. Melt butter, toast rice lightly, add broth and seasoning packet, bring to a boil, then simmer covered 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. In a large bowl, mix cooked rice, soup, and Cheese Whiz until smooth. Fold in broccoli.
