France had too much war fatigue by 1815 that even if Napoleon won Waterloo, the chance of him restoring the Empire would have been incredibly slim.

Sure. But the British won this war on the seas. St Vincent, Nile, Copenhagen, Trafalgar. Waterloo was the nail in the coffin.

Wellington wasn’t the head of the delegation for any more than 1 month. From September- Feb uk lead representative was Castlereagh. Wellington was head after he left in Feb but only for a few weeks till he himself left in march to prepare to fight napoleon. Castlereagh negotiated the deal and not any material changes occurred from wellingtons time there

During the 100 days Napoleon's purpose was to bring the great powers to the negotiating table. The great powers were moving towards France's borders, Napoleon took the great gamble, the manouvre of the central position, invading Belgium, dividing the Allied army from an advancing Prussian army at Ligny & Quatre Bras. The Prussians were soundly defeated & withdrew towards Wavre. On the 17th June 1815 In the early morning Wellington believed he had lost, many modern historians believe Quatre Bras was a draw as neither Ney or Wellington achieved their overall objectives. At arround 09.00 a Prussian messenger informed Wellington that if he could hold roughly half of the French army on the Brussels road, he, Blucher, would march from Wavre through the Boise de Paris to the sound of the guns. Wellington's strategy was to hold Mon St Jean until the Prussians arrived with 3 of their 4 Korps. The remaining Prussian Korps remained at Wavre engaging Grouchy's Right Flank of the Armee du Nord.

No. Napoleon hat barely enough troops to fight the British and Prussian separately. Even if he wins Waterloo the British and Prussians could simply withdraw and then the Russians and Austrians finish the job.

I am French , and since we lost a lot . Now evebody speaks English ( before French were spoken in every country) , lost navigation rule , trade rule ,but some countries became later more modern and a nation since Napoleon : Italie , Germany , Poland . Etc ..

Why don't you make the reasoning the right way mate. If Napoleon has existed its because the British-led intervention at Toulon (1793) was the indispensable catalyst for Napoleon Bonaparte's rise. It was his first major command, his first victory, and the event that propelled him from an obscure, disaffected Corsican artillery officer onto the national stage. Without that stage, his later opportunities in Italy and Egypt are unimaginable.
