Recently, I heard a stylist say may times when the client isn’t happy with their hair on the reg, they are unhappy with themselves. Especially aging clients. They don’t like how they’re aging. I’d never even thought of that!!

I had a client once come to me for a formal ponytail (she never wore her hair up in her life & hated it up) i knew she left unhappy but instead of telling me she called the salon i worked at and said i used a latex rubber band and shes allergic to latex so she needed her money back :)
