😂🤣He hasn't SEEN HER in 20years, she allowed throughout the years the minimal effort from him, and because of this he didn't feel it necessary to do anything. Now she's resentful but the ball was left in his court and he CHOOSE to do nothing. That says EVERYTHING, he doesn't believe she will leave. If I was her I would get the divorce papers without his knowledge, I would plan financially, then I would simply pack one day, leave divorce papers on table & block. I wouldn't say a word😂🤣
