might want to let people know that their internet speed matters too, dont want someone trying to do 16k when they only have an upload speed of say 300mb

Internet Speed + Connection to twitch servers is also a very big factor on what bitrate you can use.

More bitrate = more gpu codec sending usage and that why your game is laggy when you streaming on youtube to high bitrate. For youtube 1080p 60 fps normal bitrate is 9000-9mb/s and for 1440p 60 fps 13000/20000-13/20mb/s. For twitch if you are not partner max you can send 6000-6mb/s
