The sad part is that MOST people are on it to survive and clinicians have told me it needs to be in the water. This means that America, the world, needs to make some changes. Systems need to change etc. Occasional stress is normal but this aint natural living.

I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety and social anxiety and I’ve NEVER took a pill everrrrr! I just meditate and boil rosemary tea without sugar and use some good Jamaican herbs 💕

I wish people would try getting a magnesium vitamin first, if they haven’t already. A lot of times anxiety is because you have low magnesium.
