Sure it’s fast to make, probably insulated pretty well, but how breathable is it, and how much toxins are leached ? 🤔 Every type of structure has its up and down sides, it’s what you can live with in the end

we built several houses out of icf.. Hurricane proof house.. the only house that survived in Mexico Beach Florida after a hurricane was icf

This is not too workable in Nigeria because concrete over here is not cheap. Calabar the square meters of concrete required and comparing it to the block cost and laying cost will still not add up. Expect the building is for specific purpose
