What about diversifying and doing desserts? A toasted brioche burger bun with a chocolate ice cream inside or use your deep fryer for deep fried Oreo’s or churros. You could have prepackaged cookies as they won’t go off quickly if not sold. You could do unique drinks with lemonade and flavoured syrup.
