I ate whatever I wanted for thanksgiving say, Christmas Eve, and Christmas. Every other day I eat my tracked calorie deficit and It has worked great for me. Hasn’t derailed progress at all.

I made it to the gym three days this week. On Christmas Eve I did 18K steps and NEVER LEFT THE HOUSE.

I cut for about 10 weeks until Christmas and the day after that. Those 2 days of relaxed eating has not only made me feel awful, but has locked me all the way back in.

Ok ok I needed to hear this. I’ve worked out all year and lost 30 lbs but I’ve taken the last week off. Time to get back to it 💪🏼

i’m personally js taking from christmas day- the 31st to relax a little, enjoy some dessert and other food with fam, but i’ve still gone to the gym 5 times a week + 15k steps or more a day, and when jan 1st comes im going right back to locked in like i was before christmas, “it doesn’t matter what you do from christmas to new years, it matters what you do from new years to christmas”

I had a dream about you the other night. In the dream I got into in an argument bc someone tried taking my dog. A “friend” of mine I went back home but for some reason it was a mix between my home and my sisters and y’all were cooking pasta and competing and yours looked like a sad green but I said it’s okay bc ik it’ll taste the best and that’s all I remember. And being outside all of us w my moms husband and my friends and my sister and a girl from one of my reality shows I like to watch.

Best advice I can give - start your weightloss journey at the beginning of November. If you can make it through the holidays while sticking to your plan, you won’t ever doubt yourself & you’ll be PROUD of yourself. You’ll go into the new year with a few pounds down already & you’ve set the momentum for success.

My gym was empty this morning, unusual for a Sunday morning. I’m looking forward to seeing newcomers next week. Happy New Year, friend 😁

I had become a gym rat the beginning of the year and was starting to see some major progress. Had back surgery in June and I’m just now starting to be able to do body weight stuff. SUCKS having to start over again.

I’ve lost 70 lbs and for the holidays I ate what I wanted but I still went to the gym. It’s all about continuing your routine and then going right back to your balanced eating habits.

I will FOREVER be a proponent of going through a diet phase during the holidays! Caloric deficit aside from the holidays. 4-5 days in a surplus and 60 in a deficit. Even if it’s just a mini cut
