I think I got a dud Dreame h12 because I just tried using mine for the first time this morning with a full tank of water and detergent (the detergent was only half full and already opened) and we started on auto mode and no water ever starts to come out and after a minute or so it says that the tank needs to be refilled, bummed about it but already started the replacement process with Amazon and I should be getting it on Tuesday so I hope the next one works because this machine looks awesome, fingers crossed.

I am on my second brand new H 12. I can’t get them to turn on! When it’s placed in the base, I do get a verbal charging message, but that’s all I get. Any help with getting this thing to turn on would be greatly appreciated.
