Let me walk you through it: you’re a test pilot and engineer in the 1960s. Then u get accepted as an appolo astronaut. You fly to (or around the moon). Then, in your 90s a dweeb podcaster sets u up with a moon landing denier. Ur tired, annoyed. And you (as an American hero) have to “defend” yourself and the mission you risked your life for. I saw that—debate—I guess we will call it? Disgraceful

It was painful. And I had pretty much written it off as dementia. But this clip makes it very confusing, suggesting that basically, his dementia would’ve JUST started. Or perhaps, he took some medication prior for some reason.
