My bf relapsed again during this holiday season 😔 I have no hate or judgment tho. Ive set boundaries and give grace and try to encourage him to embrace positives about himself and life. Focus on good rather than allow the negative to overpower.

It has ruined my life and I have ruined my loved ones lifes never mind Christmas. Started off as a weekend dabble, then a day in the week and it soon became like daily medication, using it as a coping mechanism to block out past trauma. I am riddled with psychosis because of it. You'd think that and knowing I have done over 40k this year alone would turn me away from the stuff. It is the devil and it will ruin every inch of you. I am going to CA meetings, although they are not working for me and I know I won't recover that way, I will keep going as it is a safe place where there is nothing but love, understanding, no judgement and I have met some really good people. I had an assessment two weeks ago to go in to rehab for 9 months. 2026 is road to recovery and live the rest of my life that I'm just dreaming of having at the minute
