They actually did contact me 1 month later for a different position that opened in the company not the one I interviewed. They said they really loved me, mind you it was about 15-20 people on that interview panel was so crazyyy.

I was thinking that too, up to when I got an email for a second interview… I put mandatory no weekends work, no extra time and a certain amount of vacation… and they said no we’ll keep you in file… but they invited me 2 months after for a second round of interviews…
