I’ve owned 4 Audi’s and currently own a 23’ SQ5 and a 23’ Q7. I used to run an Audi dealership. You need to escalate this asap. Call 1-800-822-2834 and file an official complaint. They will contact the service director and you will be priority #1. That’s the only way to get it resolved.

I work for Audi. We’ve been seeing this with Q5 and SQ5, but It’s just an update that came out since factory, that the dealer usually takes care of before selling the vehicle and should only take 3 hours to update. I’d suggest getting another dealer to help. Thats sounds like the issue. All of ours are fine once the update is done

All brands have some issues,maybe you got a bad one but that doesn't mean all SQ5's Audi's are bad. I always had excellent service at their service departments with my A6
