this is true, however it must be peruvian pink salt for better pump and performance, been doing fpr the last 15 years and pumps are out of this world!

Why would you bring out such a great video and then not say which type of salt is best? Table salt is dreadful. Himalayan or Celtic sea salt is a great option.
