Just be careful about the type of salt you use, most specialty salts don’t have iodine, and we need iodine in our diets.

One note to add: unless you have an allergy, make sure your table salt is iodized. Your thyroid needs that. All the other salts are not. Himalayan salt is fabulous on eggs and pork!

I used to use the kosher salt, but I now use pink Himalayan salt in the larger grain granules and I don’t use very much cause my husband and I’ve been salting food as I cook it forever because my husband doesn’t like salt but I do
