I am 69 days post op right hip replacement. I still limp but my right leg is now longer making me limp more and causing sciatica flareup in my left hip. Is there anyone out there that has had hip replacement in your leg is a little longer as well. I do go see my surgeon again tomorrow finally for my second postop appointment. I need some answers.

How long did it take to get rid of it- my brain wants to hold on to my trendelenberg gait after surgery even though Iโve got lots of strength in it after surgery - (14 weeks post op) - so frustrating -

I was operated in December, I have a practice thing that helps me a lot!! its standing against the wall, your not operated leg is the one that standing at the wall, and that leg is also going up and your pelvis must be higher than the other, this can later be done with walking with a stick and then stepping into place With pelvis higher than the other and leg up or walking back and forth but then taking the pelvis up every step.
