Nah it’s Rendon cuz he just strait up doesn’t want to play. Everyone else at least gave effort.

Chris Davis would hit one 450 or have a 3 pitch strikeout. It was awesome

If you’re talking major league history, then go back in major league history. Kevin Brown in 1998 with a seven year contract for 105 million. He may have been the first baseball player to break that hundred million threshold. Never came close to living up to his contract value. Randy Myers with the Blue Jays, then claimed by the Padres was another pretty infamous bust contract. He was paid over $10 million to not even pitch. That was a very big contract at the time. Also Mo Vaughn’s 1998 contract was a bust. Other notables of the early free-agent era where Wayne Garland, Danny Tartabull, and Dave Goltz 1979 contract which was also very big for the time.

Rendon is definitely worse than Davis. Nearly $100M more for one decent mini-season.

Jason Schmidt for the dodgers from the giants was a horrible contract.
