5 year user, liquid definitely is more effective. but I find that the more effective the more itchy my scalp is.. worth it tho for the hair growth.

How do you like liquid over foam? Im thinking of switching. It looks so much easier to apply but I've heard it's different ingredients hence the price difference.

You should get the container with the roll ball ends, it speeds up the whole process! I also do minoxidil morning and night, 2x a day is key!
