When my Grandpa was in his 80s, we gave up trying to stop him from having his 2 Modelitos with dinner as he was too stubborn. Well, he turns 103 on Jan 12th, so he must be doing something right! 🤷

My grandpa with congestive heart failure was told to cut the salt, he said at 95 they weren’t going to tell him anything so he had lays chips with cran vodka as a snack and eventually cleared couple years later
