@wewantdome: #wewantdome Green screen: old photo of my neck—tight muscles, constricted blood vessels, swollen lymph nodes bulging. This could be the silent reason you’re losing your hair, and hardly anyone talks about it. Your upper back muscles connect to the neck, the neck connects to the scalp. Tightness in one spot spreads like dominoes—lock up your upper back, and your scalp ends up strangling itself. In my earlier videos I showed how the occipitalis and frontalis play constant tug-of-war on the galea. The real problem hits when any of these stay chronically contracted—no relaxation, no blood flow. If you want any real shot at regrowing hair, you need relaxed upper back, neck, and scalp muscles. Everything else is secondary. Stop wasting money on expensive topicals—I’ve got nothing to sell. Massages are free, cost nothing, and actually loosen the chain. Like, comment, share, follow—your engagement tells me I’m heading in the right direction and keeps me posting the truth. Loosen the chain. Save your hair. #HairLoss #Bald #skincare #ScalpMassage

I remember reading a while back that the forward head posture it's interferes with the thyroid gland that sits under Ur throat (like the contracted muscles that's shown here). the forward head kinda crushes the thyroid gland or something along those lines. don't quote me on it but it's funny how reading all these about hairloss causes here there all start to connect. there's also the fact that forward head posture is a response to lack of OXYGEN meaning poor posture leads to compensation of the head to tilt forward in order to try and get more oxygen. this lack of oxygen hinders blood cells to be carried so then DHT production increases as a byproduct to combat the decreased oxygen flow that carries blood cells. the estrogen isn't overpowering testosterone but instead it's happening due to poor posture that interferes with proper oxygen intake. so the stress hormones are actually increasing because the body is out into a state of panic when really there is poor oxygen intake but most people dont understand it like this or don't realise how much of an effect their posture / breathing actually affects their hormones which is further confirmed considering where the thyroid gland is placed and the way the forward posture CRUSHES it almost causing more disturbances. yea modern medicine really doesn't address it like this instead just blames it on some genetic reasons or something that's out of our control. that's why scalp massages have been proven to work because it CREATES BLOOD FLOW to the hair follicles.
