Ok so my problem with these exercises is that I automatically have an answer before the breathing even starts. Then my mind goes 700 places and I can’t decide if my final answer is my gut, or what I started to lean toward while breathing lol.

the screen kept popping up green but had a hard time keeping the visualization clear and it would disappear and blurr a lot. I've also stopped having vivid dreams suddenly, waking up. ot remembering them, foggy. Usually I have intense vivid dreams, recurring ones I can continue sometimes. Ive been putting myself out there more. speaking out, and suddenly, it feels like my dreams are just, blurry, subconscious, gone.
