There will always be more emails, more problems, more decisions. If you don’t make time for yourself, the business will eventually take it from you through burnout. Take the time. Do what you enjoy. Spend it with people you care about. Or spend it alone if that’s what you need. The business will still be there. But you won’t perform at your best if you’re constantly depleted.
