Why can’t people accept the fact that some poeple do not believe in him. Yes, he saved you, he catched you when you were falling apart. But he didn’t catch us. No one did. We only chose to hold on. I PRAYED OVER AND OVER AGAIN PUT MY FAITH IN HIM but lets agree. God has a favorite.

Grew up Catholic, went to religion classes, went through communion, confirmation, went to church, confessed, prayed… my healthy father died when I was 8, I spiraled when I went to college and went into a severe depression, I randomly developed epilepsy age 13, had a seizure while driving, had 2 brain surgeries last year. I prayed my entire life. No help was given. Yet the person who who says “praise god” after winning the lottery deserves it more than me and others who are suffering

I prayed for awhile, but when I turned 10 I wondered why people prayed to someone they’ve never met, never seen, never heard. I don’t understand the concept of god, or religion. I think buddhism is the only religion I understand.
