Everyone jumping on slaying Jaecoo - don't you think ALL of the other car companies have defective cars from new? Just because a company tries to give better value than others, doesn't mean it's bad quality. You've all just got used to getting scammed by high prices.

Seems to be common with Jaecoo and Omoda if anything goes wrong they have no parts and end up in Garages for month. Run while you can. Reject the car!

these things are too new to get a base lune how reliable they truly are give it a few years then we will see how reliable they are and if the customer service is up to standards .hope u get it sorted 👍

I had the same with a faulty gearbox on a different brand. I spoke with the finance company ( as they own the car, we are just the registered keeper ) they contacted the dealership ship and said that we have no confidence in the car and that the finance will be reversed and a full refund was given.
