The felony murder rule makes sense in certain cases, but there are too many cases where it doesn't make sense to be a blanket rule. I don't think they will, but I think those laws should be reformed.

What about felony manslaughter? Let’s take the same hypothetical of a bank robbing crew, nobody is killed inside but the driver causes an accident that leads to death. Can the other robbers be convicted for this?

so what is the limitation of the feeling murder rule? if I held open the door for the criminals, am I then an accomplice? I know that is an absurd example but that is the kind of BS limitations that lawyers try to push the boundaries on to get convictions because their motivations are the numbers instead of the people.

it's not just murder if anyone dies for any reason that's still felony murder because the felon caused the heart attack by commiting a crime

did you know that you don't even have to be the driver, if you let your buddy borrow your car and he is the get away driver and there was a murder you can be charged 👍

There has been at least one case where a group of people was committing a felony and one of the group was charged with murder because someone else in the group was killed by police during the felony.
