Depends on the hotel but I did this and my key stopped working and all my stuff was in the room. Had to go front desk and have an arkward convo lol

Usually they don’t know until someone comes to clean your room. Some hotels will ring your room dead on the time. I always say send someone up and just take my time

The places I’ve stayed at normally you can do late check out which is like £20 per hour so I guess if you turn up late they might just charge you a late fee

I’ve always ask to extend I’ve never been bad Gyal about it and just did it …. But some will knock and ring you to tell you you have overextended 😂

depends how late but twice I had to call police bcus they refused to leave and we was fully booked. 1/2 hours should be fine usually.

For me they actually come to the door like 10 minutes before checkout kmt. making sure your ready to exit.
