breakfast: warm water and fruits (i usually don't eat breakfast) lunch: rolled oatmeal, manuka honey and banana dinner: greek yogurt and watermelon take 350mg magnesium glycinate once everyday. no other medication. try for 2 weeks straight. im almost fully healed from it. please try. dont give up ❤ let your gut heal

But even if you find the root cause and its not h pylori, the medical treatment is the same PPI’s or surgery. Gastro put me on long term PPI medication the lowest dosage to take as needed.
