If you speak up for yourself, aren’t submissive or even just mind your Business and stay away from Workplace Politics then Both management and staff will Antagonize and Provoke you. You may say “Ima just talk to a Higher Up or go to HR” But what you didn’t know is the People Provoking you knew the Head of HR for 20 Years. On the other hand you may say “Ima just crashout and find something else or just Hustle” which I’ve done Before 😂 then they’re gonna say You’re Dangerous and staff doesn’t feel safe around you 🤣 No 9 To 5, 10 to 6, 8 to 4 Whatever is Worth your Mental Health & Peace.
