это скорее маркетинговый совет для контент-мейкеров, чем надёжный метод обхода. Если цель — писать живо и интересно, эти правила полезны сами по себе. Если цель — обмануть детектор, это работает процентов на 60-70, не больше. И с каждым месяцем всё хуже, потому что детекторы учатся.
